Richard Ballard, 25, and Kristy Allen, 20, called their room on the second floor of the Western Hills Motel ѨomeѠfor nearly three months. Ballard and Allen met in Bowling Green and have been making plans to start a life together. Ballard has been making plans to join the military and started to pack his things to enlist. The two have moved out and taken a bus back to Huntington, Pa. ItԳ where AllenԳ family lives. яnce we get to a place we can live, I hope to get our life up and going,ѠBallard said.
